All Vehicle Poker Run
Join the Golden Gate Guards for a fun Sunday event, the All-Vehicle Poker Run. This event travels around San Francisco and nearby areas with the purpose to enjoy the ride, the scenery, and, of course, the company. Along the way there are planned stops where you will pick up a playing card. At the end of the ride, everyone will compare their poker hands and the winning hand receives one half of the cash entry pot! The losing hand wins two complimentary tickets to the Beverage Benefit at the Eagle.
Registration for this all-vehicle ride begins at Starbucks on 18th Street in the Castro at 9:30 AM. The price per person is $20 (not including lunch) with the net proceeds going to the GGG 2016 Beneficiaries.
Kickstands up at 10:30 AM.
The ride will end at the SF Eagle in time for our (optional) Beverage Benefit which will run from 3 -6 PM.

Our 10th annual Poker Run was held on July 15, 2012, and we charged things up a bit by venturing farther afield which allowed us to open up our throttles and ride down along the peninsula to enjoy green trees and fresh air along the Santa Cruz Mountain ridges and the Pacific Ocean coast. Participants had the option to ride as a group or to venture ahead at their own speed. We even stopped for a group lunch at the famed Alice's Restaurant in Woodside! It was a lot of fun.
